Team building and offsites
A day out of the office, an offsite or a company retreat. One link for the whole team: people sign up in two taps, enter what they cannot eat, and you always know who is coming.
A quote within one working day · $99 per event · up to 150 people
The venue, the bus and the activity provider all want the same thing: a final number, a few days before. Inside the company the answers are spread across a chat channel, private messages and a spreadsheet nobody updates, and the vegetarians are discovered at lunch.
Meeting point, departure, the activity, lunch, the way back. Each part has its own time and its own place on the map.
Everyone enters their own when they sign up. Nobody has to collect them in a second round of messages.
Export the list as a spreadsheet (CSV, opens in Excel) and send it to the venue or the caterer without copying anything out of a chat.
Your logo and colors, so the invitation reads as an internal event and not as a marketing email from someone else.
Copy it and change the names, dates and places. When we build your invitation, you write the text or we put it together with you. More examples in the guide to corporate event invitation wording.
Save Friday, June 12 for our team day.
We are taking the whole team out of the office to Cedar Lake for a day of kayaking, a barbecue lunch and absolutely no laptops.
The bus leaves from the office at 8:30 am and is back by 6 pm. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a change of shoes.
Please sign up by June 1 and tell us about any food allergies, so we can plan the lunch.
See you there,
The People Team
You are invited to our two-day offsite.
September 17 and 18 at Pine Hill Lodge. Day one is strategy and planning, day two is for the team.
Transport and rooms are covered. Please register by August 28, so we can confirm the rooms and the catering.
Questions to Maya Patel on the People Team.
Everyone signs up on the invitation, in two taps. The list updates itself, and one click sends a reminder only to the people who have not replied, so nobody who already answered gets nagged.
Yes. Each person enters their own diet and allergies when they sign up, and the export to the caterer carries them next to each name.
Yes. The program is built in parts, and each part has its own time and its own place, with a map for each one.
Yes. Upload the list from Excel or a CSV, and everyone is on the invited list at once. Send each person their own invitation by email, see who has opened it, and when someone signs up they merge with their row.
Not automatically. The form does not stop taking replies when a number is reached. You see the count live, and the invitation can show a sign-up deadline, so plan the number of places with that in mind.
$99 once per event for up to 150 registered people, with no subscription and no charge per attendee. Larger events, and agencies running several events a year, get a separate quote. The invoice is issued to your company or organization.
