Corporate events

An invitation with your logo, and an accurate list of who is coming.

Company parties, conferences, openings, team days and gala dinners. Instead of an email chain and a spreadsheet somebody has to keep up to date: one link for your people and a list of attendees that is always current.

A quote within one working day · $99 per event · invoiced to the company, paid by bank transfer

Managing the registrations, not just a pretty invitation

Anybody can write an invitation email. The trouble starts when you need to know which of the 120 people invited are actually coming, a week beforehand, when the caterer wants a number.

How it usually goes

  • An invitation by email, with replies landing in three different threads
  • Somebody keeps a spreadsheet by hand and forgets to update it
  • Allergies and vegetarians are gathered in a separate round of questions
  • The reminder goes to everyone, including the people who replied on day one
  • The final number for the caterer is an estimate, not a fact

How it goes with us

  • One link for an email, Teams or your internal chat
  • The list of registrations updates itself, with names
  • Each attendee enters their own diet and allergies
  • The reminder goes only to the people who have not replied
  • You export the list as a spreadsheet and send it to the caterer

The kinds of event we do this for

Every event is designed from scratch, so the list is not a limit. If your kind of event is not on it, get in touch anyway.

Openings and launches

Short, formal, and with a map to the door.

Team building days

Who is coming, who is driving, and who eats what.

Galas and award nights

A black-tie evening with a seating chart and a record of who walked in.

Trade shows and expos

An invite to your booth, with a seat count and a floor map.

How it goes

From inquiry to the link you send out is usually a few days.

1

You send an inquiry

We need to know what kind of event it is, when it is and how many people you expect. The form below, or an email.

2

You get a quote

Within one working day, at a fixed price. A pro-forma invoice on request, if that is what your finance team needs.

3

We build the invitation

With your logo and your colors. You see it finished and ask for changes before a single attendee sees it.

4

You send one link

By email or in your internal chat. People register themselves, and you can see who is coming at any moment.

The price

Once per event, with no annual subscription and no charge per attendee.

$99 once, per event
No subscription and no charge per attendee. We confirm the price in the quote, before you sign anything.
  • An invitation designed with your logo and your colors
  • Attendees register themselves, with names and party sizes
  • Allergies and special diets, ready for the caterer
  • A reminder to whoever has not registered
  • The list exported as a spreadsheet (CSV/Excel)
  • A map, calendar buttons and a countdown on the invitation
  • A program with several sessions and venues

The invoice is issued to the company and paid by bank transfer; a pro-forma invoice on request. For large gatherings, and for agencies running several events a year, we agree a price separately, so get in touch.

Common questions

Can we have a pro-forma invoice and pay by bank transfer?

Yes. The invoice is issued to the company, payment is by bank transfer, and we issue a pro-forma invoice on request before the event. The amount on the invoice is the amount you see here.

Do you do check-in at the door and name badges?

That is not part of the tool. If your event needs arrivals recorded at the door, get in touch and we will see whether your case is workable. We do not sell what we do not have.

Does the invitation carry our logo and our colors?

Yes, that is the whole point. Every corporate invitation is drawn from scratch; you are not picking from a catalog of templates. Our own sign-off on it is minimal.

What if somebody does not register in time?

One click sends a reminder to the people who have not replied, and only to them. You do not have to call anyone out in a group thread or remind everybody.

How do we get the list for the caterer?

You export the list of registrations as a spreadsheet (CSV, opens in Excel), with names and whatever allergies and special diets people entered. Nothing is copied out of emails.

What happens to our employees’ data after the event?

We delete the data on your request. We operate under the GDPR, and the terms and the privacy policy are published openly on the site.
