Nonprofits, associations and schools
A fundraiser, an annual meeting, a members' evening, a school concert or an alumni event. An invitation people can open on any phone, replies with names, and a list you do not have to keep by hand.
A quote within one working day · $99 per event · up to 150 people
In a nonprofit or a school, the event is usually organized by someone who also has a full-time job. Invitations go out by mailing list, social media and word of mouth; replies come back in all three. The night before, somebody is still counting chairs.
Your logo or crest and your colors, so it looks like it came from you. Members and parents recognize it at a glance.
No app and no account. Guests open the link on their phone or computer and reply in two taps, whatever their age.
Welcome, the main program, the auction or the performance, refreshments. Each part has a time, so people know when to arrive.
Everyone helping can see the same list. Export it as a spreadsheet for the caterer or for the board's records.
Copy it and change the names, dates and places. When we build your invitation, you write the text or we put it together with you. More examples in the guide to corporate event invitation wording.

No. There is no payment on the invitation. Use your usual donation or ticketing page and link to it from the invitation text; the invitation handles the replies and the list.
Yes. Upload the list from Excel and everyone on it gets an email in your colors with their own link, their name already filled in. You see who has opened it, and those who have not replied get a reminder.
The invitation opens in any browser, on a phone or a computer, with no app or account. For the few guests who are offline, a phone call or a printed note still works, and you can add their reply to the list by hand.
The price is the same for every organization. If you run several events a year, ask for a quote for all of them together.
$99 once per event for up to 150 registered people, with no subscription and no charge per attendee. Larger events, and agencies running several events a year, get a separate quote. The invoice is issued to your company or organization.
