Trade shows and expos
You have paid for the stand. Now you want the right people to walk up to it. One invitation in your brand with the hall, the booth number and the times, and a list of the clients who said they will come.
A quote within one working day · $99 per event · up to 150 people
Every exhibitor emails the same clients the week before the show, and the emails look alike. The ones that work are short, say exactly where to find you and when, and give a reason to stop by. After the show, the sales team wants to know who said they would come.
The hall and booth number, the show's dates and your demo times sit at the top, where people look on a phone in a crowded aisle.
Booth hours, a product demo, a customer breakfast or dinner. Each part has its own time and place.
Every salesperson sends the same link to their clients, and every reply lands in one list instead of ten inboxes.
If you host a dinner during the show, guests reply with their party size and diets, so the restaurant gets an exact count.
Copy it and change the names, dates and places. When we build your invitation, you write the text or we put it together with you. More examples in the guide to corporate event invitation wording.

Tuesday, March 10, at 7:30 pm at Olive and Vine, 12 Harbor Street, a short walk from the convention center.
A relaxed evening with our team and a few of our customers, away from the show floor.
Please reply by March 2 and let us know about any dietary needs.
Two to four weeks before the show, with a short reminder two or three days before it opens. Earlier than that, the email is forgotten; later, your clients' show schedules are already full.
Yes. It is one link, so each salesperson can send it from their own email. All the replies land in one list that the whole team can see and export.
Not as a booking calendar. Guests can write which day or demo they plan to come to in the note on their reply, and you see it in the list. For fixed meeting slots, use your usual scheduling tool alongside the invitation.
No. There is no badge scanning or lead capture at the booth itself; that stays with your usual tools. For a customer dinner during the show, guests can get a QR ticket and be checked in at the door.
$99 once per event for up to 150 registered people, with no subscription and no charge per attendee. Larger events, and agencies running several events a year, get a separate quote. The invoice is issued to your company or organization.
