The Christmas party

An invitation to the party, and an exact head count for the caterer.

A digital invitation carrying your company’s logo, registration in two taps and a list that keeps itself up to date. Instead of a spreadsheet somebody has to maintain and three threads of replies in an inbox.

A quote within one working day · $99 per event · invoiced to the company

A party does not fall down on the invitation, it falls down on the number

Writing the invitation is the easy part. The hard part is telling the restaurant, a week before, how many people are really coming, who is vegetarian and who has an allergy, when the answers are scattered across emails and half the people never replied at all.

Without a tool

  • An invitation by email, with answers in three threads and in the corridor
  • A spreadsheet somebody keeps by hand and forgets to update
  • A separate round of questions for diets and allergies
  • The reminder goes to everyone, including the people who replied on day one
  • The caterer’s number is an estimate, so you pay for the surplus

With the invitation and registrations

  • One link, in an email or your internal chat
  • A list of registrations with names, always current
  • Diets and allergies are entered as people register
  • A reminder to the people who have not replied, in one click
  • Export the list as a spreadsheet and send it to the restaurant

What you get

An invitation in your brand

Your company’s logo, colors and tone. Drawn specifically for your party, so you are not picking from a catalog of ready-made templates.

Registration in two taps

An attendee opens the link on their phone and confirms. No app to install and no account to create.

A list for the caterer

Names, party sizes, allergies and special diets. Exported as a spreadsheet that opens in Excel.

A reminder to the silent ones

In one click, and only to the people who have not replied. Nobody gets called out in a group thread.

The address, a map and the calendar

The invitation carries an exact pin for the venue and a button to add the date to a calendar. Nobody asks where it is or what time it starts.

A program with several sessions

If the party has drinks, dinner and entertainment in different places, each part carries its own time and its own venue.

Common questions about organizing a company party

When should the invitation to a Christmas party go out?

Three to four weeks before the date, and earlier for parties in the second half of December, because December diaries fill up by the end of November. Set the registration deadline at least a week before the event, because the caterer wants a number in advance.

How do we find out who is coming without an email chain?

People register through the invitation itself, in two taps. You can see the list of registrations at any moment and it updates itself: no spreadsheet to keep up, no counting replies out of an inbox.

How do we collect diets and allergies?

Each attendee enters them when they register. You export the whole list as a spreadsheet (CSV, opens in Excel) and send it to the restaurant without copying anything out.

Can the invitation carry our brand?

Yes. We draw the invitation specifically for you, with your logo and your colors. You are not picking from a catalog of templates. Our own sign-off on it is minimal.

What does it cost?

$99 once per event, with no subscription and no charge per attendee. We confirm the price in the quote, before you sign anything. The invoice is issued to the company and paid by bank transfer.

What if half the people never reply?

You send a reminder in one click, and only to the people who have not answered. Nobody who has already registered gets a second message.

Planning a party this year?
