For companies, nonprofits and schools
Holiday parties, conferences, openings, team days and gala dinners. Instead of an email chain and a spreadsheet somebody has to keep up to date: one link for your people and a list of attendees that is always current.
A quote within one working day · $99 per event · invoiced to the company
Anybody can write an invitation email. The trouble starts when you need to know which of the 120 people invited are actually coming, a week beforehand, when the caterer wants a number.
Every event is designed from scratch, so the list is not a limit. If your kind of event is not on it, get in touch anyway.
An invitation carrying your logo, and an exact list of sign-ups for catering.

1
We need to know what kind of event it is, when it is and how many people you expect. The form below, or an email.
2
Within one working day, at a fixed price, issued to your company.
3
With your logo and your colors. You see it finished and ask for changes before a single attendee sees it.
4
By email or in your internal chat. People register themselves, and you can see who is coming at any moment.
Once per event, with no annual subscription and no charge per attendee.
The quote and the invoice are issued to the company. For large gatherings, and for agencies running several events a year, we agree a price separately, so get in touch.
Yes. The quote and the invoice are issued to your company, and the amount on them is the price you see here: $99 per event.
Yes. Everyone registered gets a ticket with a QR code, right after registering and by email. At the door your team scan it with a phone through a separate link, with no app to install and no account, and anyone without the QR is found by name. You see at any moment how many people have arrived. We do not print badges.
Yes, that is the whole point. Every corporate invitation is drawn from scratch; you are not picking from a catalog of templates. Our own sign-off on it is minimal.
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with the names, and if you like the company, email and mobile, and everyone is on the invited list at once. When someone registers through the link they merge with their own row, so you always see who has not replied yet.
Yes. Everyone on the list gets an email in your company's colors and logo with their own personal link: the name and company are already filled in, so registering is one click. You see who has opened it, the silent ones get a reminder, and replies to the email come to you.
One click sends a reminder to the people who have not replied, and only to them. You do not have to call anyone out in a group thread or remind everybody.
You export the list of registrations as a spreadsheet (CSV, opens in Excel), with names and whatever allergies and special diets people entered. Nothing is copied out of emails.
It is deleted automatically after the event, and you can choose a shorter period for your event, as early as the day after. We operate under the GDPR, and the terms and the privacy policy are published openly on the site.
