All about the planner

Is the planner included in the price of the invitation?

Yes. The seating chart, the budget calculator and the guest list are part of every plan, including the basic Wedding plan. Nothing extra to pay.

How does the planner know who is coming?

The planner is wired to the RSVP on your invitation. When a guest replies, they appear in the guest list with their party size, the names of anyone with them and any dietary notes, with nothing to copy by hand.

Do you support round and long tables?

Yes. Set the number of seats per table; at a long table guests are placed in two rows with the heads left free, exactly as they would be in the room.

What if somebody cancels at the last minute?

Take them off the table in one click and the seat frees up straight away. The chart is a living document that changes with you right up to the day.

Can I hand the details to the caterer and the DJ?

On every plan you can export everything as a CSV: the headcount, allergies and special diets for the caterer, and the song requests for the DJ.
