Kids' birthday party invitations with RSVP

A theme your child picks, an invitation built around it, and one link for the class group chat. Parents reply in two taps, and you see how many kids and how many grown-ups are coming, and who has a nut allergy.

What this invitation does for you

Kids and grown-ups counted apart

Parents reply with the number of children and the number of adults. You order the right number of pizzas and party bags, and the venue gets an exact count.

Allergies before the cake is ordered

Each family writes in what their child cannot eat. Export the list and send it to the venue or the bakery, with nothing copied out of messages.

Drop-off or stay, said clearly

The start time, the pick-up time and whether parents are welcome to stay, right on the invitation, so nobody has to ask in the group chat.

A nudge without the group chat

One click reminds only the families who have not replied. Nobody gets called out in front of the whole class.

Invitation wording you can copy

Change the names, dates and places and it is ready. When we make your invitation, you write the text or we put it together with you. More in our guide to online birthday invitations: wording, timing and RSVPs.

Example wording for a drop-off party

Leo's 9th birthday: soccer, pizza and cake!

Sunday, June 14, from 11 am to 1:30 pm at Riverside Park, field 3, next to the playground.

This is a drop-off party. Pick-up is at 1:30 by the field.

Please reply by June 7.

When to send the invitation

Send kids' party invitations two to three weeks before the party, and ask for replies about a week ahead. School-year weekends fill up quickly, and venues that charge per child usually want the final number a few days before, so set your deadline just ahead of theirs.

How it works

From your first message to a finished invitation is usually a few days.

1

Tell us about it

The occasion, the date, roughly how many guests, and any theme or colors you have in mind.

2

We design it

Built around your occasion. You see it finished before you pay, and ask for changes until it is right.

3

Send one link

By text, WhatsApp or email. Replies arrive in your list as guests send them.

Frequently asked questions

How do I invite the whole class without paper invitations in every backpack?

Send one link to the class group chat, or by email or text to the parents. Each family opens the invitation on their phone and replies on it, and every answer lands in one list.

Can parents say whether they are staying?

Yes. Every reply counts children and adults separately, so you can see how many parents are staying, and the names of everyone coming.

Is it safe to share our address in a link?

The invitation is not listed anywhere on the site, and search engines are told to stay away from invitation pages. Only people with the link can open it, so share it with the parents you invite rather than on public social media.

What if a parent does not use WhatsApp?

The link works anywhere: a text message, an email or any chat app. It opens in the phone's browser, with no app and no account.

How much does it cost?

$49 once per event for up to 150 guests, with no subscription and no charge per guest. The design is made for your occasion, and you see it finished before you pay anything.
