What this invitation does for you

One reply per household

Each household replies once, with how many adults and children are coming and everyone's names. No adding up messages from three cousins.

A weekend, part by part

Friday cookout, Saturday picnic and the family photo, Sunday brunch. Each part has its own time and its own map.

Who needs somewhere to stay

The reply can ask whether a household needs a place to stay nearby, so you know how many rooms to look for.

Food for everyone

Diets and allergies come in with the reply, and the list exports for whoever is cooking or catering.

Invitation wording you can copy

Change the names, dates and places and it is ready. When we make your invitation, you write the text or we put it together with you.

Frequently asked questions

How do you organize RSVPs for a family reunion?

Send one link to every branch of the family and ask each household to reply once, with everyone's names, adults and children, and diets. The replies collect in one list you can export.

Can we ask who needs accommodation?

Yes. The reply can include a question about needing a place to stay nearby, and the list shows who said yes.

Can relatives pay their share through the invitation?

No. There is no payment on the invitation. If everyone chips in, say how much and how to pay in the invitation text, and collect it your usual way.

What about relatives who are not online?

The link opens on any phone or computer without an app or account. For anyone offline, call them and add their reply to the list yourself.

How much does it cost?

$49 once per event for up to 150 guests, with no subscription and no charge per guest. The design is made for your occasion, and you see it finished before you pay anything.
