Class reunions

Class reunion invitations

Ten, twenty, thirty years on. One link for the class group, the old email list and anyone who can pass it on, and one list of who is coming, with partners and diets.

Designed for your occasion · $49 per event · up to 150 guests · you see it before you pay

What this invitation does for you

One link that travels

Classmates forward the same link to the ones you could not find. Every reply lands in your list, whoever it came through.

Partners counted

Each reply says how many people are coming and their names, so the venue gets a real number and the name tags are right.

Drinks, dinner, the after-party

A reunion night has parts, sometimes a whole weekend. Each part has its own time and place on the map.

A list for the committee

Export the replies and hold them against your class list, so you know who still needs a call.

Invitation wording you can copy

Change the names, dates and places and it is ready. When we make your invitation, you write the text or we put it together with you.

Example wording for a 20-year reunion

Class of 2006, it has been 20 years!

Join us for our reunion on Saturday, October 10, from 7 pm at The Tap Room, 5 Harbor Street.

Drinks, dinner and the old yearbook photos on a big screen. Partners welcome.

Please reply by September 25, and forward this link to anyone from our class you are still in touch with.

The reunion committee

Example wording for a reunion weekend

Saturday, June 6: dinner and dancing at the Elks Lodge, 6:30 pm.

When to send the invitation

For a big reunion people travel to, send a save the date six to nine months ahead and the invitation two to three months ahead. Set the reply deadline three to four weeks before the event, when the venue wants the final number.

How it works

From your first message to a finished invitation is usually a few days.

1

Tell us about it

The occasion, the date, roughly how many guests, and any theme or colors you have in mind.

2

We design it

Built around your occasion. You see it finished before you pay, and ask for changes until it is right.

3

Send one link

By text, WhatsApp or email. Replies arrive in your list as guests send them.

Frequently asked questions

How do you find classmates for a reunion?

Start with the people you are in touch with, the class social media group and the school's alumni office, then ask everyone to forward the invitation link. Compare the replies with your class list to see who still needs a call or a message.

Can we collect money for tickets through the invitation?

No. There is no payment on the invitation. Say on it how much the ticket is and how to pay, and collect it your usual way; the invitation handles the replies and the list.

Can classmates bring partners?

Yes, if you say so on the invitation. Every reply gives the number of people coming and their names.

How far ahead should a class reunion be planned?

Six to twelve months for a big reunion: book the venue first, send a save the date, then the invitation two to three months before the date.

How much does it cost?

$49 once per event for up to 150 guests, with no subscription and no charge per guest. The design is made for your occasion, and you see it finished before you pay anything.
